Max and Emily's Classic Cheesecakes can assist your group or club in organizing a profitable fund raiser. The fund raising form can be downloaded and emailed to: sales@maxandemilyscheesecakes.com
A fundraising sale takes about one month to complete. The procedure is as follows:
- Establish a delivery date.
- Two weeks before delivery date, the organization will send the original order forms from each individual seller to Max & Emily’s along with one check.
- Establish a date for all sellers to turn in their sales forms and money to the coordinator. This date should be 3-4 days prior to step 2.
- We recommend a 2 week selling period, which would conclude on the date of step 3.

Serving Suggestions:
Remove frozen cheesecake from pan. Rinse knife under hot water, cut, rinse and repeat. Allow cheesecake to thaw before serving.
